MOYALATES Mobility/ Yoga/ Pilates Fusion – Mondays & Fridays 7:30am

In this class we will work on our bodies to achieve a level of fitness, Mobility and strength on its own without any equipment.

Using only your own body weight and gravity, the mat work will tone, strengthen and lengthen your entire body. This mat class focus on integrating the entire body, rather than exercising each body part separately. Integrating our Pilates method with our yoga and mobility studies this tradition of cultivating inner peace. The class is also designed to revitalize your body, relax your mind, increase energy, and reduce stress. As you begin to focus on your body as a whole you’ll achieve better alignment and reteach your body to work more efficiently. For beginners; people with back, joint, or heart problems, or experienced students who want a slower paced, less strenuous class.


HEART BODY & SOUL – Mondays & Fridays at 8:30am

This is an all-level class, we will be working and pushing our bodies to all levels.  Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. … The class is interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It will build your HEART for cardiovascular fitness while improving your BODY with muscular strength and endurance, to get deep down to your SOUL where all the change happens from the inside out!

Classes will start the week of June 13th, and run until September 5th. Classes will be on Mondays and Fridays 7:30am & 8:30am. Registration for the classes is a must and people can preregister through
