Every Mon. and Fri, 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM at Chequessett Club

 

The class is an interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It will build your HEART for cardiovascular fitness while improving your BODY with muscular strength and endurance, to get deep down to your SOUL where all the change happens from the inside out!

Starting June 3rd from 8:30-9:30 AM at Chequessett Club every Monday and Friday.
