Phone: 508.349.3761 Rates: We offer six one-bedroom four two-bedroom cottages. 1BR: $205 / night (3 nights min.) or $1295/week 2BR: $295-375 / night (3 nights min.) or $1895-2395/week Plus 5% gratuity for the daily maid service Rates include fresh linens, maid service, and freshly cut flowers. Our season begins in late May and ends mid-September. The Colony accepts reservations booked in the late winter/early spring. Since we do not accept reservations one year in advance, we require a 50% deposit to confirm any reservation, in case of cancellation. We accept cash and checks; no credit cards. Cancellation policy: Deposit refund subject to the ability to fill cancellations. Guests may check-in after 2PM. At that time, guests will be asked to register. Guests are asked to advise us of late arrival (after sunset). Check-out time is 11AM. |
